Ubuntu Linux - nmon Command for Performance & Process System Monitor

Yesterday I covered one of the performance monitor terminal command. Today I tried two commands but so far only one worked out for me. I was trying to install glances and for some reason it did not worked out well. So I stopped working on it and instead moved to the nmon. This terminal command requires the installation.

So to install nmon you have to type the command.

sudo apt install nmon

and then you have to type out the nmon which would bring the following type of the screen.

nmon

and the output is like this:

I noticed that nmon gives you option to choose from what to view and getting back menu was the problem for me.

As for exiting, the usual ctrl c works out just fine. I loved this small utility for the usage of the process monitor and other system information too.

Have you used nmon in Linux? How is your experience using this small utility?
